Project Introduction:
The project is located in Baotou City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. The system can be divided into two parts: DCS system and loading system. It consists of PLC, operation station, data collector, server, quantitative loading controller and so on. The quantitative loading controller can realize the quantitative control of loading by interlocking with flowmeter, electro-hydraulic valve, return valve (some parts have), electrostatic grounding alarm and other equipment.
DCS system is used for the control and status display of the valve, pump and other equipment on the process pipeline of the acid and alkali station. At the same time, the part of the loading system is also connected to it to monitor the loading crane position status in real time and generate reports.
